Cancellation Policy

All bookings must be confirmed in advance through our website, email, WhatsApp, or official partners. Bookings are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. Payments may be made in USD or MVR. For reference, 1 USD = 20 MVR. A deposit may be required to secure certain reservations, and full payment should be settled before the start of the tour or activity. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the tour will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable. GX Tours Maldives reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tours due to weather, sea conditions, or safety concerns. In such cases, guests may choose a full refund or reschedule their booking. Guests are allowed to reschedule their own bookings online up to 12 hours prior to the scheduled departure. Guests must provide accurate details when booking, arrive on time for departures, and follow safety instructions provided by the crew. Delays caused by late arrivals may result in missed tours without refund. All tours are subject to weather and sea conditions. GX Tours reserves the right to change itineraries or cancel trips in the interest of guest safety.
