These Terms & Conditions apply to all tours, excursions, transfers, and activities operated by GX Tours Maldives.
By booking with us, you agree to these terms.

Bookings & Payments

All bookings must be confirmed in advance through our website, email, or official partners.
Payments can be made in USD or MVR as agreed. 1 USD = 20 MVR. A deposit may be required to secure reservations.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made 48 hours before departure are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.
In the event of bad weather or safety concerns, GX Tours reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tours. Guests may choose a full refund or a rescheduled date.

Guest Responsibilities

Guests must arrive on time for scheduled departures. Late arrivals may result in missed tours without refund.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during excursions.
All participants must follow safety instructions provided by our captain, guides, and crew.

Safety & Health

Tours are subject to sea and weather conditions. GX Tours reserves the right to modify itineraries for guest safety.
Guests must inform the crew of any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements before departure.
Life jackets and safety equipment are provided and must be worn when instructed.

Liability

GX Tours Maldives is not liable for loss, damage, injury, or delays caused by weather, sea conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
Participation in snorkeling, diving, and other water activities is at the guest’s own risk.

Children Policy

Children must be supervised by parents/guardians at all times.
Age and safety restrictions may apply for certain activities.
